Wash and dry produce. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
In a small bowl, whisk together @soy sauce{4%tbsp}, @hoisin sauce{4%tbsp}, @ponzu sauce{12%ml}, half the @garlic powder{2%tsp}, and @sugar{2%tsp}. Set aside.

In a small pot, combine @white rice{1.5%cup} with 1 1/4 cups water (2 1/4 cups for 4 servings) and a pinch of @salt{}. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until tender, 15–20 minutes. Keep covered off heat until ready to serve.

Pat @pork chops{20%oz} dry with paper towels, then thinly slice crosswise. Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{} in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and cook, stirring often, until browned and tender, 4–7 minutes. Add pork and a pinch of @salt{} and @pepper{}. Cook, stirring often, until pork is cooked through, 3–5 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce mixture and cook until thickened, 1–2 minutes.

Fluff rice with a fork. Divide rice between bowls and top with pork stir-fry. Serve. (Pork is safe at 145°F.)
